Types of research?
The basic types of research are as follow as--
➡️ 1)- Descriptive vs Analytical : Descriptive research concentrates on finding facts to ascertain the nature of no something as it exists. It is called the Foundation of research. On the other hand, analytical research concentrate on the process of thesis to the formulation of Agreements in the research.
➡️ 2)- Applied vs Fundamental : Applied research is the action research of finding a solution for an immediate problem facing society or a business organised. On the others hand, fundamental research is the pure research concerned with generalizations and formulation of a theory.
➡️ 3)- Quantitative vs Qualitative : Quantitative research is based on the measurement of quantity or amount. Qualitative research is concerned with qualitative phenomenon.
➡️ 4)- Conceptual vs Empirical : Conceptual research is related to some abstract ideas or theory. On the others hand, empirical research relies on experience or observation alone, often without due regard for system and theory.
➡️ 5)- Some other types of research : Form the point of view of time, we can think of research either as one time research or longitudinal research. Research can be field setting research or laboratory research or simulation research depending upon the environment in which is its to be carried out.
